“Firefighters Are Brave — God Helps Us Be Brave.”

Bible connection: Joshua 1:9 — “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

    Simple lesson:
Firefighters don’t run from danger; they run toward it to help. We may not fight fires, but God helps us be brave when we face big or scary things.

    Activity:
Obstacle course “bravery training” with a talk about how God gives courage.

  • indoor/outdoor scavenger hunt tied to the “treasures” of God, decorate and dress up accordingly

  • Nacho bar and maybe piñata?

  • See previous lesson/structure for this one.
